The photos are of murals on prefabricated concrete blast barriers. They are painted by various units stationed here at the biggest air base in the country. You see them all over the base. Some are better than others but all reflect pride in the unit and in service.

Are these todays equivalent to the nose cone paintings on the WWII airplanes?? I would imagine that with the monetary investment in the modern ultra technological jets our government does not look kindly upon painted murals on the nose cones?
