a better photo
This is a better photo of the AN-2 towing a banner than the one below.A guy told me also that a Seneca, a small twin engine airplane, has flown low over the city dropping leaflets, "Vote for (insert name)". I haven't seen that but I would like to.

Funny, "insert name" does not sound like an african name to me.
There is a little know group from the Crystal Mountain range in the center of the Congo whose members have odd names like that. They are quite a puzzlement to ethnographers.
